Concierge IV Nurse provides elective wellness and nursing services administered by licensed Registered Nurses under physician-approved protocols. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our services are not a substitute for emergency care, urgent care, or your primary physician.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, or loss of consciousness — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Event standby nursing supplements, and does not replace, venue-required EMS or medical coverage. Eligibility for any treatment is determined by a licensed provider after review of your medical history; we reserve the right to decline or modify treatment. Individual results vary. Prices shown are estimates and are confirmed before treatment.

Privacy & HIPAA

We collect only the information needed to provide safe care: contact details, location, and the medical history captured in your intake. Protected health information is stored in encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems, accessed only by your care team and our supervising physician, and never sold or shared for marketing. On request, records are kept under initials and a client code.

Non-disclosure agreements are available before any visit and are standard for talent, athletes and their organizations. You may request a copy of your records or ask us to delete non-clinical data at any time by emailing privacy@conciergeivnurse.com.

Terms of service

Services are self-pay. Payment is authorized at confirmation and captured after treatment. Cancellations are free up to four hours before a visit; late cancellations are charged 50% and no-shows in full. Event and retainer engagements are governed by their written agreements. By requesting care you confirm you are 18 or older, or booking on behalf of a minor with a guardian present.
