Questions

Ask us anything.

Straight answers. If yours isn't here, text the concierge line.

Who will treat me?

A senior Registered Nurse — Devyn Denton, RN, or a nurse she has personally selected and trained — working under the standing orders of our supervising physician. Licenses are verifiable on request.

Is a doctor involved?

Yes. A brief telehealth assessment by our physician or nurse practitioner precedes your first treatment, and every infusion is administered under a physician-approved protocol. Medications such as ketorolac and ondansetron are given only under a current physician order.

Who should not receive IV therapy?

Anyone with congestive heart failure, kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, certain electrolyte disorders, pregnancy without OB clearance, or a known allergy to a listed ingredient. We will decline or modify treatment for your safety, and we'll tell you why.

Do I have to share my medical history?

Yes. A three-minute HIPAA-secure intake is required. It is stored encrypted, under initials and a client code if you prefer, and never shared outside your care.

How fast can you arrive?

Same-day is standard. Priority arrival under 90 minutes is available in our core areas. We operate 24/7; visits between midnight and 7am carry an after-hours surcharge.

How long does a visit take?

Most infusions run 45–60 minutes door to door. NAD+ takes two to four hours. IM shots take five minutes.

Where do you serve?

Homes, hotels, offices, yachts, jets on the ground, venues, backstage and training facilities across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Los Angeles, New York and Las Vegas. Travel anywhere by arrangement.

What is in the IV?

Pharmaceutical-grade vitamins, minerals, amino acids and electrolytes sourced from a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, plus physician-ordered medications where indicated. The full ingredient list is on the menu and on your consent form.

Do you work events and backstage?

Yes — green-room recovery for talent and crew, guest wellness lounges, and RN standby coverage. We handle credentialing, insurance certificates and NDAs. See Venues & Backstage.

Can you handle an emergency at an event?

Our nurses are ACLS-trained and carry emergency supplies to stabilize a guest and coordinate with venue EMS and 911. We supplement venue-required medical coverage; we do not replace it, and we are not a substitute for emergency services.

How discreet is this, really?

Unmarked vehicles and bags, plain-clothes option, records under initials, and an NDA signed before the first visit. Your household staff or tour manager can be the only person who ever speaks to us.

Are there side effects?

Occasionally minor bruising at the site, a cool sensation in the arm, or a metallic taste. Rarely, vein irritation or an allergic reaction. Your nurse monitors your vitals throughout and stays for the full infusion.

Do you take insurance?

We are self-pay. HSA and FSA cards are accepted and itemized receipts are provided.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to four hours before your visit. Late cancellations are charged 50%; no-shows are charged in full. Event coverage follows the terms in your agreement.

Can I book for a group or a team?

Yes. We staff one nurse per three to four guests. Twenty-four to forty-eight hours' notice is preferred for groups of eight or more.
